Delegates Coordination Team

Played a pivotal role in the Delegates Coordination Team for "Best Speaker," a highly anticipated and competitive inter-university speech contest hosted by the Gavel Club - University of Kelaniya.

As part of the coordination team, I am directly responsible for engaging with delegates from different universities across the country. I ensure that all participants are fully briefed on the contest mechanics, schedules, and specific logistical requirements.

Core Duties:

• Liaising with university representatives and handling delegate registrations.
• Answering inquiries and providing timely updates to speakers regarding event changes.
• Assisting in the smooth flow of consecutive speech rounds during event days.
